Hudson Avenue Multi-Family Apartment Development

Spoke on behalf of the Help Irondequoit Plan group supporting the apartments and street frontage, but urged the board to require street-side entrances, pedestrian connections to schools, and preservation of the historic Key Fox Farm barn.

Expressed concerns about heavy traffic on Hudson Avenue, safety issues with foot traffic, and potential drainage sinkhole risks.

Supported the project and agreed with developers that not having a street-facing door on Hudson Avenue is better for security against vagrancy.
